February 2004 - This is a big month for Kailey. She celebrated Valentines Day, began eating solids, sat by herself for the first time, and enjoyed playing with her toys. Unfortunately, she was sick this month with a cough & runny nose, and her 6 month shots were delayed. But, all ends well and by the end of the month she's all better.
Happy Valentines Day! Dr. Zimlich OK'ed the start of solid food, so on 2/17/04, Kailey ate her first solids...rice cereal! Look at that face! She didn't know what to think at first, but she quickly got the hang of it. Mommy, Daddy, and the proud big sister Kara helped feed Kailey. This month she has also tried apples & peaches.
